In 2019, The Royal County of Berkshire Show saw a 30% increase in trade stands exhibiting and a 60,000-strong visitor attendance over the two days. For 2020, we are looking to further increase this with an even wider variety of traders offering that something special to our audience, as well as a spectacular collection of interactive shows, displays and attractions, building on our successful layout changes which we won an award for this year.

Why Exhibit at the Royal County of Berkshire Show?

Choosing to exhibit at the Royal County of Berkshire show is an opportunity to raise the profile of your business. You can generate PR opportunities, exhibit new products and interact face-to-face with new and current clients. It is also a chance to say thank you to clients by offering hospitality and watch them interact with your staff and product range. Who visits the show?

The Royal County of Berkshire Show is ideally positioned at the junction of the A34 (north to south) and M4 (east to west) giving easy access to visitors from north, south, east and west. The average travel distance for visitors is 45 miles, this covers West London, Oxford, Southampton, Swindon, Reading, Basingstoke and Winchester. Visitors spend on average £115 and stay on average 6.3 hours at the show meaning they cover a lot of ground.

If you are a first-time exhibitor at our show, then we would recommend that you click on our Expression of Interest form to register your interest (to protect you, and other traders we want to make sure that there is not a large duplication of certain products/services).

  • Submission of the Expression of Interest Form does not guarantee a site will be offered
  • NADAS reserves the right to allocate and plot stands in locations deemed suitable
  • NADAS reserves the right to decline and Expression of Interest applications.
  • NADAS cannot guarantee exclusivity to exhibitors, but will however cap the number of duplicate products at own discretion.
  • Upon successful application, deposits are payable within 7 days of invoice.
  • Sites are only formalised once balance is paid in full.
  • Failure to comply with payment schedule will result in the forfeit of allocated stand.
