The Wet Wednesdays Family Tour 2017
The team at Wet Wednesday's are returning to the Show this year. We look forward to seeing their colourful collection of wet weather gear. Here, they give us a little insight into HQ goings-on:
It’s that time of year again, and we are preparing for our annual summer tour around the UK. Last year was such an amazing experience for us at the Royal County of Berkshire Show, and we are super excited to see all the lovely families from last year, as well as some new faces.
Our beautiful mummy, Jess at HQ found out that she was pregnant at the end of last year, so in preparation of our summer tour Jess has been training a new member for the Wet Wednesdays family, Georgia. The amazing Georgia will be taking over from Jess and bud (Baby under Development) whilst they go on maternity leave.
Georgia will now be holding down the fort, managing the website, looking after our warehouse and taking care of our growing family of customers. She is also doing her very best to ensure all you amazing, puddle loving families get the best deals around!
In preparation of the Royal County of Berkshire Show, we have our super dad, Craig, restocking the lorry full of the best waterproofs, and puddle jumping approved wellies!
As for myself, I get to show the little ones the best waterproofs and see their little faces light up when they try them on.
Even though the Great British weather is very unpredictable, it won’t stop us from having a great time and letting our colours shine through! As always, I will be wearing my beautiful rainbow uniform and our stand will be as bright as ever (so it won’t be hard to find us).
For those who aren’t familiar with us, we design, manufacture and sell our own British standard waterproofs. However we do offer waterproofs of Scandinavian design from KoziKidz, Rukka, Elka and Didriksons too.
We had many great reviews from the show last year, and look forward to seeing returning customers as well as new ones. After the show last year we received many photos of happy splashers wearing our waterproofs and putting them to good use; seeing these photos made us even more excited for this year’s show!
Here at Wet Wednesdays we believe that the outdoors and the wet weather should be seen as an opportunity, rather than an obstacle.
Let your kids explore and have fun in the mud, let them get messy and let them play in the rain; because that’s what childhood should be like.
